Fake News Report

Alien frogs rain from above.

Last week the zoo of Minnesota had an issue. Someone had stolen all the frogs from one of the exhibit, with a grand total of 256 frogs gone missing. There were no signs of forced entry into the zoo or any evidence of any fowl play what so ever. It's as if they just simply disappeared. It's been a week now this mysterious kidnapping and yesterday night it literally started raining frogs. A woman, Ashley Carmel was interviewed after one of the frogs landed on her head and wouldn't leave. It turned out half the frog's body inserted itself into her ear and is risky to remove. Tests and x-rays show that the frogs arm mutated and are reaching into her brain, possibly gathering information scientist speculate.

When asked how Ashley was feeling about the incident and what she thought was happening she replied, "I'm scared, something is going on here. Why is there a freaking frog in my ear and why can't anyone do anything about it!" We also asked her, after she had calmed down where is happened she said, "I was just driving in my car and the thing fell from the sky through my sunroof and onto my head! Why is it raining frogs?! This is unreal."

Later yesterday night she was found dead in her hospital bed, the frog missing, blood and parts of her brains pouring out of her ear. The site was gruesome and very disturbing. This morning reports have been made aliens are to blame. They stole the frogs, inserted there alien babies inside and are now planning on stealing information by going inside human's brains and taking over the world. Space ships have also been sited near mars, the end may be near!

The Image of Epicness

Back in my younger days Land Before Time was a huge hit. This image blew my little mind, it's the ultimate good verses evil showdown. When this part of the movie played on my Grandma's T.V. my heart raced with fear, anger, and hope; emotions that would carry on throughout my life. I learned that while the good guys do win, scarifies must be made for the greater good. It was a HARD lesson but an important one. The photograph of action is memorable for these reasons. It should have made front page...

Gender In The Media.

Men at the age of 18 face a few specific difficulties and pressures created by the media. Every action movie out there tries to cause them to believe strength is the key to masculinity. (ex terminator, die hard, dark night, bad boys) They face the challenge to find that strength isn't always physical. Sex is also something they're forced into, and lots of it. Their status and quality is kind of defined by it. The hero always gets, and gets with the girl in the beginning, middle, and end of the movie. I'd say attitude lastly, is something men face. To be tough and stern, to hide all sensitivity. They're told to hide behind masks and never show any sort of feeling.
Movies that follow behind these statements are found at your local movie store. Spiderman must hide his feelings for M.J. as so that the Green Goblin won't hurt her. James Bond gets laid 10 plus times in the sum of all his movies. Gladiator he must fight or die for his country, without strength of arms he will be killed. Indian Jones, his fear of snakes is his only weakness, and he must overcome it to succeed. Lord of the Rings apart from Arwen and Aragon's fling. The movie is based that greatest amount of violence created by men wins.
